Arium LC-500Se ARM JTAG Debugger

The Arium LC-500Se is our most popular run-control probe supporting targets with ARM® cores. The unit offers reliable run-control and intuitive stepping features. It’s designed for speed, too, with fast file and image downloads and quick stepping through code. The LC-500Se operates with SourcePoint, ASSET's flagship C/C++ debugger, on Microsoft® Windows® and Linux hosts and offers debug of Linux kernel, device drivers, and application code.

Featuring real-time event management, independent processor control, and CoreSight trace control, the LC-500Se delivers superb advanced debugging benefits via the SourcePoint debugger. The debugger interface is part of the company’s core technology, developed specifically for SoC design and debug.

Includes power supply, host and target interface cables, and installation manuals. Supports targets with Embedded Trace Buffer (ETB), CoreSight™, 20MHz JTAG rate.

Arium LX-1000e for ARM Trace Port Analyzer with Deep Trace

The Arium LX-1000e for ARM is a modular trace port analyzer design supporting both ARM serial and parallel trace access. The LX-PAR and LX-SER support ARM devices with parallel ETM and serial trace (both Marvell SETM and ARM HSSTP) respectively.

The LX-1000e for ARM comes standard with 2 GBytes of trace memory. The trace capture engine traces instructions/data at rates up to 680MHz and is wide enough to support up to 6 lanes of serial trace packets up to 6.25 GTPS. The LX-1000e for ARM represents the fastest trace port analyzer on the market, giving ASSET customers a valuable investment to support future devices. Communication interfaces include USB 1.1/2.0 and 10/100/GE Ethernet. Trigger in/out is also standard.
